La ricetta del vin brulé
| l’arancia | orange |
| le stecche di cannella | cinnamon sticks |
| le bacche di ginepro | juniper berries |
| l’anice stellato | star anise |
| i chiodi di garofano | cloves |
Ingredienti:
- 100 g di zucchero
- 2 stecche di cannella
- 5 bacche di ginepro
- 8 chiodi di garofano
- un anice stellato
- un pizzico di noce moscata
- la scorza di un limone e di un’arancia
- un litro di vino rosso corposo.
- Per preparare il vin brulé per 4 persone, prendete una pentola d’acciaio e mettete dentro tutti gli ingredienti.
- Mettete la pentola sul fuoco e fate bollire.
- Mescolate e lasciate cuocere a fuoco dolce per 5 minuti. Lo zucchero deve sciogliersi completamente.
- Avvicinate una fiamma al vino e date fuoco, ma attenzione a non scottarvi! La fiamma si deve spegnere da sola.
- Filtrate il vostro vin brulé attraverso un colino e servite.
