Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the order value, the weight of the shipment, and the destination country. Once the appropriate delivery country is selected, prices and shipping costs will be adjusted and displayed accordingly.
Shipping costs within Germany:
We offer free shipping within Germany for orders of 25 euros or more!
For orders below 25 euros, we charge a flat shipping fee of 3.90 euros regardless of weight. Larger, fewer orders are significantly more environmentally friendly than many small ones.
Shipping costs within the European Union:
We offer free shipping to Austria and Italy for orders with a value of 99 euros or more. Shipping to other countries in the European Union is no longer possible due to regulations requiring translations of manufacturer specifications and safety instructions into the respective official languages.
For orders below 99 euros, the following shipping costs apply:

Shipping costs outside the European Union:
Outside the European Union, we only ship to Switzerland. Shipping costs depend on the shipment weight. All orders outside the EU are exempt from VAT. The corresponding net prices and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout after selecting the appropriate delivery country.
Important: Customs and/or import duties may apply. These charges are not covered by the shipping fees we charge and must be paid separately by you to the appropriate authorities on site. Please check local customs and fees before placing your order.

Delivery
Delivery within Germany:
We ship with DHL and Deutsche Post within Germany.
According to experience, the items arrive at our customers about 1 to 3 working days after handover to the delivery service provider.
All orders automatically receive a tracking number. The tracking number and link will be emailed to you with the shipping confirmation so you can check where your order is.
We always ship climate-neutral with GoGreen.
We do not offer premium or express delivery.
Delivery within the European Union:
We ship with DHL and Deutsche Post within the European Union.
Experience shows that the items arrive at our customers approximately 3 to 14 working days after handover to the shipping service provider.
Orders outside Germany always have a tracking number, which you will receive from us by e-mail together with the shipping confirmation.
We do not offer express delivery services.
Delivery outside the European Union:
We ship outside the European Union exclusively to Switzerland using DHL.
Experience shows that the items arrive at our customers approximately 7 to 14 working days after handover to the delivery service provider.
You will receive the shipment tracking from us by e-mail. Please note that shipments to non-European countries go through customs and may be subject to local duties and fees, which you must pay locally.
We do not offer express delivery services.
We only ship to the countries listed by us. Digital products as downloads are also available for other countries.
