Pandoro
Anche il pandoro è un dolce che ha origine nel Nord Italia, a Verona. A differenza del panettone è a forma di stella e tipicamente non ha né l’uva passa né la frutta candita. Il panettone e il pandoro sono dolci molto simili, ma qual è il più buono? È una vera sfida. Ogni anno a Natale l’Italia si divide in due: team panettone e team pandoro!
Il torrone
Un altro dolce italiano tipico di Natale è il torrone, a base di uova, miele, zucchero e mandorle. Il torrone può essere duro o morbido e ne esistono diverse varietà regionali: particolarmente famosi sono il torrone di Cremona, di Benevento, siciliano e sardo.
La ricetta del torrone
