Lavoro tutti i giorni dalle 8 alle 17.I work every day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Il martedì sera ho lezione d’italiano.I have Italian class on Tuesday evenings.
Il lunedì e il giovedì ho il corso di yoga dalle 17:30 alle 18:30.On Mondays and Thursdays I have yoga class from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Di solito il venerdì faccio la spesa.I usually do grocery shopping on Fridays.
La domenica vado a trovare i miei genitori.I visit my parents on Sundays.
Il sabato sera mi incontro con gli amici.On Saturday nights I meet up with friends.

Il lunedì – Regularity

To express regularity you can use the definite article or the preposition di: il lunedì / di lunedì Mondays.

Il lunedì = di lunedì

Il mercoledì ho lezione di piano.I have piano lessons on Wednesdays.

Lunedì – Once

If you are referring to a specific day of the week when something happens, you do not need to add anything. Simple: lunedì on Monday.
To be more specific you can also say lunedì scorso last Monday or lunedì prossimo next Monday.

Lunedì scorso | prossimo

Lunedì ho un appuntamento dal dottore.I have a doctor’s appointment on Monday.
