Rivolto ad adolescenti e adulti con competenze di livello B1-B2 del Quadro Comune Europeo di Riferimento, questo libro di testo permette di approfondire gli aspetti linguistici e culturali della tradizione gastronomica regionale italiana attraverso la lettura e l’analisi di 21 ricette tradizionali. Accanto alle ricette, trovano spazio alcuni testi di approfondimento di carattere più ampio su ingredienti, caratteristiche, tradizioni e curiosità  legate ad un ingrediente o ad un aspetto culturale della ricetta.
Il volume è composto da 20 unità , ciascuna dedicata a una regione italiana e a una ricetta tipica, più 1 unità relativa a una “ricetta contesa”, il tiramisù, di cui varie regioni rivendicano la paternità . Ogni unità approfondisce la storia della ricetta e dei prodotti locali con cui è realizzata, con attività per la verifica della comprensione scritta e propone vari tipi di esercizi che utilizzano i testi e i temi affrontati analizzandone le strutture linguistiche.In tutte le unità la quinta pagina è dedicata agli approfondimenti sul lessico e alle attività di tipo interculturale e la sesta pagina (Al lavoro! ) offre spunti per attività di project-work, giochi a squadre, inchieste, lavori di gruppo, progetti di scrittura creativa ecc., incentrati sul tema della gastronomia della regione di riferimento. A conclusione del volume, il glossario e le soluzioni degli esercizi.

Shipping costs
Shipping within Germany is free of charge from 25 Euro, for orders under 25 Euro we charge a flat rate of 3.90 Euro shipping costs.
Orders with delivery to Austria and Italy are free of shipping costs from 99 Euro, for orders under 99 Euro there are weight-dependent shipping costs from 8.50 Euro, which are automatically calculated at the checkout.
We also ship to Switzerland from 12.00 Euro. All orders outside the EU are exclusive of VAT, but additional import duties may apply.
There is no minimum order value.
Delivery
We ship with DHL and Deutsche Post to Germany, Austria, Italy and Switzerland.
The shipments are usually handed over to the shipping service provider within 24 hours on working days or on the day after receipt of payment. The delivery time is usually 2-4 working days within Germany or 1-3 weeks for deliveries to other countries.
You will always receive a tracking number, which you can use to track the current status of your delivery online.
