The SOS Password Book, a small booklet for organizing usernames and passwords from Legami, will help you. Containing 9 sheets to record your login information for up to 36 accounts, including the all-important password hint, the magnetic cover lets you securely close it.

But be careful: the book should be kept safe, not fall into the wrong hands and you should definitely not use the identical password everywhere. We also advise you to be careful with your personal data and NEVER write down crucial passwords to email accounts or online banking in a book that others could see.
