No one has to wait long for mail, because the gift voucher comes directly by e-mail to the recipient. If you want, you can also send the voucher code directly to yourself and use it for a personal gift and write it on a card.

And this is how it works:

1. Choose the value of the gift voucher using the drop-down menu with the different euro amounts.
2. In the “To” field enter the email address of the recipient or your own if you only want the voucher code for a personal gift. You can also send one voucher to multiple email addresses.
3. Enter your name as the sender in the “From” field.
4. In the “Message” field you can write a short text, a dedication or a few kind words.
5. When you have filled out everything, add the voucher to the cart.
6. Go to the checkout and follow the ordering process.
7. With the completion of the purchase, an email with the gift voucher is automatically sent to the recipient.

Good to know:

• The gift voucher can be easily redeemed at any time on the shopping cart page or at checkout.
• The voucher amount does not expire and of course there are no shipping costs if the corresponding shopping cart value for free shipping was reached before applying the voucher.
• If the cart value is less than the voucher value, the remaining amount remains as voucher value and can be used for a later order.
• If books or merchandise are returned that were paid for with the voucher, the value will automatically be restored upon refund and can be used again.

A cash payment or the purchase of another voucher is not possible.
