A Castelgallo, un colorato paese affacciato sul mare e abbracciato dalle montagne, si è diffusa una strana malattia. Gli abitanti hanno cominciato a trasformarsi in disgustosi scarafaggi. Ma c’è un filo conduttore tra le vittime di questo morbo: tutti hanno compiuto degli atti criminali, piccoli e grandi. Ci sono bulli e prepotenti, taglieggiatori ed estorsori, speculatori criminali e rapinatori.
Anche la scuola elementare ha il suo elenco di malati, ragazzini che mostrano i segni di quella bizzarra malattia che alcuni, timidamente, cominciano a chiamare “mafia”. E tra questi, ci saranno anche degli insospettabili: persone che con il loro silenzio hanno permesso al male di diffondersi. Spetterà a un giovanotto coraggioso, Alberto, ricordare ai suoi compagni e agli altri abitanti di Castelgallo che è possibile combattere quella malattia… e che anzi, conviene!

In Castelgallo, a colorful seaside village surrounded by mountains, a strange disease has spread. Residents have begun to turn into disgusting cockroaches. However, there is one commonality among the victims of this disease: they have all committed major and minor crimes. There are thugs and bullies, blackmailers and extortionists, criminal speculators and robbers.
Even elementary schools have their own list of children who show signs of this bizarre disease, which some tentatively refer to as “mafia.” And among them there will also be the unsuspected: People who, through their silence, have allowed the spread of evil. It will be up to a brave young man, Alberto, to remind his comrades and the other inhabitants of Castelgallo that it is possible to fight this disease… and that it is worth it! and that it is worth it!

About BeccoGiallo
BeccoGiallo is an Italian publishing house founded in 2005 and specialized in publishing comics.
Its name is a tribute to the courageous editorial experience of the anti-fascist satirical sheet “Il Becco Giallo”, which in the 1920s used drawing – together with written journalistic investigation – to criticize and incite the Power: its symbol was a blackbird, with its beak always open to shout the truths that were denied at that time.
BeccoGiallo now publishes about twenty titles a year, distributed in its different series, from Graphic Journalism to books designed for children, from biographies to fiction, up to the new world of Webcomics.

Shipping costs
Shipping within Germany is free of charge from 25 Euro, for orders under 25 Euro we charge a flat rate of 3.90 Euro shipping costs.
Orders with delivery to Austria and Italy are free of shipping costs from 99 Euro, for orders under 99 Euro there are weight-dependent shipping costs from 8.50 Euro, which are automatically calculated at the checkout.
We also ship to Switzerland from 12.00 Euro. All orders outside the EU are exclusive of VAT, but additional import duties may apply.
There is no minimum order value.
Delivery
We ship with DHL and Deutsche Post to Germany, Austria, Italy and Switzerland.
The shipments are usually handed over to the shipping service provider within 24 hours on working days or on the day after receipt of payment. The delivery time is usually 2-4 working days within Germany or 1-3 weeks for deliveries to other countries.
You will always receive a tracking number, which you can use to track the current status of your delivery online.
