tantissimi saluti da Venezia! La città è meravigliosa e il tempo è bello, c’è sempre il sole. Ieri abbiamo visitato il Ponte di Rialto e abbiamo fatto un giro in gondola. Domani visitiamo Murano. Il cibo è buonissimo, adoro la cucina italiana, soprattutto la pizza e il gelato!

very many greetings from Venice! The city is wonderful and the weather is beautiful, it is always sunny. Yesterday we visited the Rialto Bridge and took a gondola ride. Tomorrow we will visit Murano. The food is delicious, I love Italian cuisine, especially pizza and ice cream!

Saluti da Roma - Greetings from Rome
The typical phrase on a postcard is “Saluti da…”. Remember that the correct preposition is DA, for both place and person.

Pay attention when DA is followed by an article:
